Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in Makeup by Hannah. Please take a moment to read the following terms before making a booking enquiry. These are in place to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.
1. Bookings & Deposits
A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure a wedding date. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.
If a wedding date changes, a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. Deposits cannot be transferred between dates, clients, or services.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and apply only to the date stated. Any change in details — including location, number of people, or timings — may result in a new quote being issued.
Prices are subject to change until a deposit has been received.
3. Cancellations
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the client, all payments made are non-refundable.
If I am unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid will be refunded in full, and every effort will be made to help find an alternative artist.
4. Trials
Bridal trials are optional and are quoted separately from wedding day makeup. Trial bookings are recommended but not mandatory.
5. Health & Hygiene
Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. I maintain strict hygiene standards and cannot be held liable for any reactions that occur if information has not been disclosed.
6. Photography & Social Media
With your consent, photographs may be taken for professional portfolio or social media use. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please let me know in writing before your appointment.
